Scan for stocks that trade near high with 10 cents or closer

I try to find a scan that searches for stocks that trade with difference between High and Last trade is less or equal to 0.15 cents ( i set that number)

I moved from StreetSmart edge with Schwab to TOS and i cannot find this scan option in thinkorswim which Edge had.

Any help is appreciated.

can someone tell me how to set up a scan for stocks that trade intraday high or close to high with option to set for example 5 cents away from high , on street smart edge i set it as follows
last trade is greater than 2$
and high is difference between high and last rade is less than equal to 5 cents
and volume is greater than 100k

any help is appreciatedoin how to set up the scan in TOS
